    Vinyasa Flow is an all-levels practice to rejuvenate your mind and body with this invigorating yoga flow. This is a dynamic practice with continuous movements connected to breath (moderate breath that is intuitive pace) that emphasizes one pose at a time. This is a low impact full body yoga practice, that focuses on endurance, while building strength, flexibility, balance and detoxifies your entire body and mind. Modifications can be made at any point to ease yourself into this style.

  • SCULPT

    Boost metabolism and build lean muscle with a combination of yoga and weights. You'll combine free weights with Power Yoga sequencing and cardio to intensify each pose.   • HOT 26

    Unroll your yoga mat immerse yourself in this 90-minute Hot 26 poses - per the Bikram method. There are 26 poses queued in a consistent order during set cycles. The class is maintained at a temperature of up to 95 °F. The class is taught by Bikram certified instructor. Modifications can be made at any point to ease yourself into this style.

  • YIN

    Yin Yoga is a restorative all-level practice involving long, deep stretching that targets the connective tissue in the joints, hips, pelvis, and lower spine. It is often referred to as a gateway to establishing a meditation practice. Perfect for stress relief and recovery.

  • CORE 360

    Get ready for an all-levels class with a true blend of cardio and muscle toning that combines intense intervals of vigorous training with active restorative periods. This is intensely invigorating practice with Pilate's principles of full body low impact workouts, while strengthening the core, lower and upper body. The practice focuses on toning by creating long lean muscle mass while burning fat. Modifications can be made at any point to ease yourself into this style. Class is heated.

  • HOT FUSION

    Hot fusion is a great blend of flexibility, balance, and core. It is meditative and detoxifying as it blends qualities of hot yoga with intensity of vinyasa flow. You will sweat it out in our studio with Infrared Heating Yoga Panels which allows for ease of breath to movement. You will leave feeling energized! Set to motivating music, you’ll focus on yoga postures that open the shoulders, hips and spine while strengthening your core and upper body.
